The vehicle explosion at the Rainbow Bridge connecting the cities of Niagara Falls, New York and Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada on Wednesday is reported to be an attempted terrorist attack.
Fox News reporter Alexis McAdams reports sources say this was an attempted terrorist attack, “High level police sources tell me this is an attempted terrorist attack. Sources say the car was full of explosives. Both men inside dead.” A U.S. Border Patrol agent is reported to have been injured. The vehicle is reported to have been on the U.S. side approaching to enter Canada when it ... exploded.
Fox reports government buildings in the area have been evacuated.
Ontario police posted a video Wednesday saying that they are closing bridges to the U.S. and roadways approaching the bridges after a vehicle explosion at the Rainbow Bridge at Niagara Falls. Governments on both sides of the Niagara River are responding to the explosion as if it was a terrorist attack.

I walked the bridge not that long ago. Took a cab from Buffalo Airport to the bridge, walked across with my bag and had a friend pick me up at the hotel right by the bridge entrance. Turned out to be both the quickest and cheapest way to go from BUF to Niagara Falls on the Ontario side.

Quebec City and Banff are both worth the trip. The former especially if you speak French.
Attempted is also when something else was the target and they either blew up unplanned and prematurely, or got caught and did it so as not to compromise other bad actors in the plot.

I’ll assume this wasn’t the plan....it’s just morons failing.
So what was the real plan? It’s hard for me not to think it was trying to locate to somewhere for Thanksgiving and considering the way these folks operate, I wouldn’t assume it’s the only one.
