WASHINGTON — A large number of White House reporters have been snubbed from President Biden’s press corps Christmas parties for the second year in a row — prompting claims that journalists are being punished for their coverage.
Invitations to a pair of traditional media parties — one for TV teams to be held on Friday and another for print and radio reporters scheduled for Dec. 6 — went out approximately two weeks ago.
As of midday Monday, second-tier invites had not been delivered.

the WH needs to be careful where the place their stash of drugs this year. It was embarrassing to Joe and Hunter when the bag was found and the Secret Service had to make excuses for them and make the criminal case go away.

I think when Obama heard the Muslim Call to Prayer he let all the media join in. It was the most beautiful sound he ever heard.
I’m not going to be hypocritical about this: I wouldn’t invite reporters to my Christmas parties either.
There was an expression “never argue with someone who buys ink by the barrel” (now the internet age took away the printed newspapers that required ink to print).
It means don’t pick a fight with the press or media. It sometimes called “Greener’s Law” and attributed to William Greener some say it was Congressman Charles Brownson who coined it in 1964.
The press has six ways to Sunday of getting back at you, if Chuck Schumer would let me add that to the intelligence community.
