Imagine trying to teach kids like this? Must be a fun job. They need the type of folks to work here you’d find in a max security prison.
This is exactly what the media and public government schools want. They support it and they teach hate. Don't believe me just look how many videos there are of mobs of blacks attacking a single white person. They routinely kill each other, but their preferred targets are generally white folk. Every week, every day this happens.

I taught for decades in an urban school. It was better than the one in the video. But not that much better. I survived by bobbing and weaving until I had enough seniority to teach the better kids.
And I will say this. Even in my worst classes, maybe 85% of the kids were good. They had attendance problems. But when they were there, they tried.
0h, but that other 15%. They were constantly disruptive. Some had criminal records, including murder. In the old days (before the year 2000) principals would side with the teachers, and try to maintain order.
Then came the woke administrators. Teachers were always wrong. Students were always right.
Any young person who wants to “make a difference” by going into urban education today is dangerously naive.
My DIL’s friend and former co-worker went to NC to teach in public school. She soon came back here to teach in PRIVATE school. This despite the fact that we live in a crappy Northeastern BLUE state.
And what is chilling is the glee in the voices of the onlookers while also filming the violence. There is something spiritually wrong with that.
