The people who are getting sick are overwhelmingly the jabbed, with weakened immune systems or other damage.
God help you if you have to go into a hospital unjabbed at this point. A “covid” diagnosis is all they need for massive payoffs and to really go to town on them.
I can’t speak for every hospital but I know he was talking about people who never had any shot since he mentioned their body had no immunity to the spike protein.
