Special Counsel Jack Smith Asks Supreme Court to Decide Trump Immunity – Highest Court Immediately Drops All Business to Comply With Special Counsel Request

After years of assembling datapoints around the potential for the Supreme Court to be compromised, it was the discovery of Mary McCord’s husband Sheldon Snook deep in the office of Chief Justice John Roberts that finally sealed the deal for me personally. Yes, the Supreme Court is compromised.

Quick Context. Mary McCord was the architect of all Trump targeting efforts. The FISA on Carter Page, the weaponization of the DOJ-NSD, the installation of Michael Atkinson as Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG), the companion to Sally Yates in the Flynn targeting, lead staff for the Schiff/Nadler impeachment effort, later appointment by FISA Presiding Judge Boasberg to be amicus to the FISC, in combination with Chief Justice John Roberts holding authority over the FISC, and the discovery that Sheldon Snook, McCord’s husband works in Robert’s office as “special assistant to Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr.’s counselor. The counselor’s office advises the chief justice not only on the management and budget of the Supreme Court but also on his interactions with the executive and legislative branches, along with numerous other public roles in which Roberts serves.” (link)

Mary McCord is the fulcrum point for all of the above issues. She connects all of the targeting operations. Mary McCord is the center of it, and John Robert’s office is compromised by the appointment of her husband Sheldon Snook. So, this story below does not surprise me.

Special Prosecutor Jack Smith jumped over the appeals court and asked the Supreme Court to decide on President Trump’s position of presidential immunity for his requests to secure the integrity of the 2020 election while in office. In the fastest turn around time in history, the Supreme Court [Robert’s office] said yes, they will hear the arguments.

You don’t think the prosecution of a former President during an election season warrants the immediate attention of the Supreme Court?

Or do you assume it is a fait accompli?

Won’t you be surprised if they rule in Trump’s favor.

But they won’t, because Trump doesn’t have a case here. A sitting President cannot be arrested, they can be impeached. When they are no longer a sitting President, they can be charged and brought to trial. This applies to EVERY President, not just Trump. This is the reason Nixon was pardoned.

This article is wrong. The Supreme Court will consider briefs on whether it should take the case up immediately. It most likely will deny Smith’s request.

Now we know why the left has been running a smear and intimidation campaign against the SCOTUS. All to get SCOTUS to throw Trump to the running dogs.

That’s not Mary McCord — it’s Trevor Lawrence, the Jacksonville quarterback! Wait...

She’s a man, baby!

He was impeached but not removed. That means he was found innocent of the charges brought against him by a Dem☭crat majority in a congressional kangaroo court. Even Little Stevie Wonder could see that, which is why the USSC should send the case back to the lower court where it belongs.

Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Presidents can order military action. If it turns out that, oh i dont know, rhey were working with faulty intelligence and they started a war in error killings 10s of thousands can they be personally liable when they leave office? WHt of yo8, say, illegally allows millions of people into the country. When youre no longer President are you personally liable? Sheesh, the institutions hate Trump so much they are willing to destroy the whole fabric of the Republic.

“A sitting President cannot be arrested, they can be impeached.”

I agree on this point, and Trump was impeached and acquitted. That said, I imagine an argument could be made that the congress, who was supposedly the ‘victim’ (snicker) of the January 6 riot, chose to impeach Trump on the matter and subsequently acquitted him.

How double jeopardy not a legitimate defense, in addition to Trump’s 1st Amendment protections, as well as his Presidential immunity?

They keep Fu@&ing around and meddling in our election cycles and a much larger group will be showing up in DC and they won’t be carrying Trump flags.

I believe they will take up the case. He has been cleared of the charges. Why are they trying to prosecute him again on the same charges?

I would agree...they will at least read the request, and probably give it a week of review...then say ‘go by the rules’...we aren’t the next step.

I would also warn Biden and all Presidents that come later...if this goes against Trump...every single President will be tied down by some state attorney general, for weeks, if not months. If you thought we were screwed up now...it would just get worse.
