Under the Constitution we used to have, he has an excellent case. In fact, no one in the feral givernment would have ever brought the case back then because Trump was POTUS at the time the fake lawbreaking occurred.
Many said that Pence, including Pence himself, could do nothing except be the master of ceremonies of the electoral vote counting. Once Trump was safely out of the way, Congress passed a law and signed by FJB officially making the VP the master of electroal college ceremonies. Funny that.
In a similar vein, if a real GOP had b@lls, like Trump’s taxes were subject to Congress disclosure because he wouldn’t voluntarily reveal them, GOP would be conducting “birth certificate” hearings as a legitimate part of the process to determine how to enable (pass a law like counting electoral votes) the old constitutional provision of qualification for the POTUS and avoid the controversy of whitey hater bho.
The reality is Trump is an DC outsider - he has no friends there - this will be a one time deal to imprison him to keep him out of DC. No one in DC represewnts us. We are in banana-land my FRiend.

The fact that there have been virtually zero consequences for the massive statute violations that occurred during the Russian collusion campaign against President Donald J. Trump confirms that we have been living in a post constitutional nation at least since 9/11/2001.

So,Obama ordered the killing of two American citizens with out due process! When is his trial? That is a direct violation of the constitution. Presidents can’t sit and constantly look over their shoulder. I think Smith knows this case is going nowhere so he is asking the Supreme Court for an abortion on a case that won’t thrive in court.

But they won’t, because Trump doesn’t have a case here. A sitting President cannot be arrested, they can be impeached. When they are no longer a sitting President, they can be charged and brought to trial. This applies to EVERY President, not just Trump. This is the reason Nixon was pardoned.
I agree and disagree. They could easily charge Barack Obama with Murder if that were the case. He ordered the elimination of a Saudi National, terrorist, whose son (no terrorism or activities reported and US citizen) was assassinated with him.
However, in the ‘New’ acronym controlled media and government, Justice is only pursued on political enemies of the acronyms.......
