IBM is in hot water due to its discriminatory hiring practices. No, they’re not discriminating against blacks or Hispanics; they’re taking part in the popular new craze of treating whites and Asians like second-class citizens and denying them basic rights based on the color of their skin.
This is the United States, and these actions are supposed to be illegal here. That’s why America First Legal, a group started by Trump loyalist Stephen Miller, is now suing IBM for racially discriminating against white and Asian Americans and for promising to fire, demote, or deny bonuses to corporate executives who fail to meet their illegal race and sex-based hiring quotas.
Don’t believe it’s really happening? Well, below is a leaked video of the IBM CEO coercing employees and threatening to cut bonuses unless they engage in discriminatory and illegal hiring practices.

They’re already doing this... with H1B labor.

RedHat is owned by IBM.
$$$Billions$$$ in punitive damages.
Egregious and systematic discrimination based on race.

IBM = Into Blacks & Mexicans
“Fired for cause” = no unemployment.
The “cause” can be any damn thing they make up.
They’ll usually also say if the former employee is eligible for rehire.
Hiring for diversity rather than competence must produce great code and top end hardware.
i’m a white male and have been in the industry as a senior designer/developer for 35+ years.
if i apply and they don’t give me an interview, can i sue?
if i do the interview and they don’t hire me, can i sue?
sounds like a sure fire way to make some settlement money.
We have gone full circle. They only thing they haven’t done is put white people in chains.
So THAT’s why IBM never hired me! I knew it couldn’t have been just because I never applied.

Not if you are a white male. By definition in woke newspeak you can’t be discriminated against.
