Are you saying the Southern States Courts in passed history
were all communist courts? They were ruled by white democrats
that were citizens of the USA. Granted the N/S had two types of
officials. A war was fought in the mid 1800s to free the slaves
and give them rights that others had.
Today they rule a lot of the gov’t and are getting a lot of new
members of the people from across the world into their fold.
Change is an interesting process and I’d love to see 100 years
into the future. My time is very limited so I’ll never know.

Trump has not been convicted of a crime, much less insurrection. In fact, the US Senate found him Not Guilty of an insurrection.
The Federal courts will fix this shortly.
Doesn't matter if these are solid blue states that Trump has no chance to win.
It's a total usurpation of the democratic process. It will validate any "stolen election" claims Trump might make should he lose in November. It will de-legitimize the actual winner of the election in the eyes of many millions of more Americans than 2020's stolen election claims did.
