It is government’s job to make life hard and unpleasant for every taxpaying citizen.
in a sane world it would be Pfizer and moderna getting this treatment. but...you know...money vs. the little guy. if only there was a Mr.Smith who goes to Washington and shows government the error of its ways.
Selling food contaminated by E. coli is also unpleasant don’t you think?

We all know this has absolutely nothing to do with “food safety”, and everything to do with failure to submit to the legal racketeering scheme of the government to extort $$$ from this man.
Try cooking your food. E. coli is no longer a problem.
In a state that is experiencing skyrocketing crime and decay (especially in Philadelphia) - state authorities focus on a guy making an honest living selling unadulterated products.
Except there are instances of E. coli contamination all the time from factories and industrial food producers so even with all government regulation in place nothing is 100%. This man’s customers know the deal and the risks.
The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture twitter is catching a lot of flack.
It’s a miracle our ancestors thrived without govt food inspectors!
This governor as state attorney general prosecuted folks for price gouging Fantastik during covid while at the same time leftist were terrorizing the cities doing billions in damages.
The safety of citizens comes in a distant second to hyper partisan political persecution.
This is not protection. It is INTIMIDATION for anyone.
Given enough time, inattention to regulation by the people, money and idealism (gooberment service draws that kind of people like flies to feces) all gooberment becomes tyrannical. Just about all gooberment in this country has reached that point of tyranny.
Time for cleansing. Bleach will not do the job though. It is going to take something much stronger. Sulfuric acid might be enough.
