So far I haven’t heard a peep from the senile fool in the WH, anybody in the defense department, or in fact anybody in the administration.

This is a massive crisis. An ally has been taken over by a coalition of leftist drug gangs; they have executed police, students, anybody who happened to be within reach on the streets. They’re burning them alive, decapitating, shooting and bombing them, and the army is in the streets and almost overwhelmed.

This directly affects our security. Some of the gang members are Venezuelan , criminals (who are are spread throughout Latin America and hated by the other countries), most are Ecuadorians…and guess what, everyday these people stream across the US border.

What, me worry? Nobody’s home at the WH.

Sounds like Ecuador should stop imprisoning Cartel leaders. Just shoot them.

Reason #538 why I firmly support the death penalty for *anyone*...in this country or elsewhere...who trafficks in heroin, cocaine, fentanyl, meth, speed and a few other things.

First offense...no plea deals. JUST like Singapore!

A few years ago we were in Kenya taking a long drive with our guide to Amboselli National Park. During the drive we got to talking about poachers. Our guide (a great guy named James) told us that the Kenyan government's official policy toward poachers was shoot to kill. No arrests...no effort to disarm them...just light them up.

Sometimes harsh measures are the only answer.

I was in Peru a couple of weeks ago and several people told me that they are being overrun by Venezuelan illegal immigrants. They estimate that something like two million have gotten into the country in the last few years. They also have had a significant increase in their Muslim population, also illegals brought into the country from abroad by the drug/human trafficking gangs.

Peru was finally recovering from the Marxist guerrillas (Sendero and Tupac Amayru) and their drug-trade supported violence and the Venezuelans are bringing it all back.

Latin American countries have big problems with illegal immigration and the fact that our border is wide open, uncontrolled and actively encourages this flow of criminals (particularly from the Marxist rogue states) contributes to problems all over the hemisphere.

How long before the cartels in Mexico do the same thing?

Why would they do that? The Mexican government runs the cartels.

They liked that they country US currency was the dollar, as inflation was no longer a problem.

Boy, have they got a big surprise coming in the next few year

You have to understand that when you have over 100% inflation per year, even 10 to 15% inflation per year looks really good. And, yes, I think that the federal reserve bank will not meet its annual 2% per year inflation target, I think it will likely be higher.
