1. Half the state of Texas should show to support the Texas Guard, and all the other folks working there
2. Every federal agent and CBP officer should be identified.
3. Once identified, take a carload of illegals to each of their homes and let them know they have a warm free place to stay. Just walk inside.
Stand strong Texas.
Call Branden’s bluff
Yes, and DHS General Counsel Jonathan E. Meyer has already identified himself, so a few carloads at his door would work just fine.
Can TX Sheriffs deputize the menfolk in their counties? If so, now would be a good time.
The feds will treat Texans worse than iranians.
Dear Joe,
No.
Your move.
Regards,
Texas
Or else what? He’s gonna send in the armor like Slick did at Waco?
SCARY! “A strongly worded letter”!
Or else what? He’s going to bomb the National Guard? He’s going to send tanks from the army base? This guy is a menace
“Under federal law 18 U.S. Code § 111, it is a federal crime to “impede” or “interfere” with certain officers or employees of the federal government.”
Are they on Federal land? The Federal government has limited authority on state or local property. Unlike the movies, the Federal Government can’t walk in and demand authority be relinquished. The CBP has full authority to deal with any illegal alien who exits that park.
And just as the Feds have the authority to arrest a person who interferes, so do the Texas authorities, assuming the national guard there have law enforcement authority. Abbott should threaten to arrest Federal agents who interfere with his officer’s authority.
FUJB!
Does Biden want this fight during an election year?
The answer is, “Or else, what”?
Will you send troops? FIB agents? The correct response is you failed to fulfill the federal responsibility to protect the country. Anyone you send will be arrested by the Texas Rangers and prosecuted.
Id like to think this was a big mistake on Biden’s part because Texas is different from other states. Cant imagine real Texans will just roll over for the feds.
Or else what retard?
I sure hope Abbott and Paxton know if they capitulate on this issue, it’s over for Texas (and their political careers).
Come and take it!
I like that idea
