I’ve seen that up close and personal, when I lived in NM many years ago.
Liberation Theology folks came from Nicaragua to where I lived during the Regan re-election era.
I actually met Contra Suporters who were from Costa Rica but supporting Contras in Nicaragua. The opposition (to the Contras) were Maryknoll nuns They were collecting money for the poor in Nicaragua but also spewing the Liberation Theology poison. Close friend of mine was in one of their meetings, she was Catholic. She was not impressed but had already given them a check when she discovered what they were.
Liberation Theology is Marxism in a thin religious wrapper.

Unfortunately, the Maryknoll’s went completely off the rails and embraced liberation theology (a/k/a atheistic social justice).

They have got to look like they’re doing something. I’m sure nothing will happen to her just like all the others who get ‘found innocent’, or no big deal. Dems are famous for bringing up something to white-wash, then it goes into the abyss.

So why hasn't Governor Kemp specifically directed Attorney General Chris Carr to open his own investigation into Fani Willis? Why hasn't the state legislature called for this?

I suspect there were a lot of Dem pols who facilitated and encouraged that arrangement with promises of fame, glory, protection and future riches. All empty promises that will evaporate when the legal tides turn against their ill-conceived schemes to take out Trump.

There are conflict of interest issues that may require both to recuse. And I also heard that he was not appointed per the requirements of state or county statute. So indictments that he obtained or evidence he acquired by subpoena would be tainted and inadmissible. The Roman motion to dismiss makes that allegation.

They would have to find someone else to take the case, study it, make new motions, drop certain charges as being steeped in the previous corruption. It certainly will derail if not delay the case...it will have to!
You are correct.
Man makes his choices from good or bad perspectives. Some of those choices determine life or death.
Many never understand that.
The United States have been blessed many times for a long time.
May it again be so.
Many people get sucked into those lies.
They blame their own condition upon someone or something else, never their own ignorance.
The meaning of Good and Evil should be taught in youth. Some get it later in life, others it just passes by them.
The invading hordes from Central and South America are bringing great evil with them. You can see their arrogance as they march through many countries to grab for promises made by our most evil politicians, and their evil globalist friends. They will come here to vote for more government favors than they ever imagined. Most cannot see the trap set for them.
Along with that are the Cartels. At some point soon we will have to deal with them here. They are already present.
So that puts the trial out another month later.
February 15th? It would seem corruption deserves a more timely review, but not in today’s America, it seems.

Your family history has a lot of similarity to mine.
My ancestors arrived in North (rural) Florida in the 1840’s.
When my great grandfather bought the family farm (1000 acre +/-) after the war, one former slave had remained (his family had all moved to other states), and asked to be allowed to live out his days in the only home he had ever known. He said he would continue to work the fields, and contribute to the farm, as he had always done. My great grandfather and grandfather told him he was welcome to stay.
When my dad was born in 1902, Paps (that’s what they called him) was already an old man, and no longer worked the fields. As dad grew up, one of his and his older brother’s chores was to walk down the little dirt lane taking food to Paps. Whenever Paps got sick, dad’s family would care for him, and fetch the doctor.
Dad was around 14 when Paps died, and he said Paps was family and they cried at his passing.
Blacks who live in this area today, are largely ancestors of former slaves, and whites who’s families settled here back in the 1800’s, have close friendships. There are a number of black females I will hug whenever we see each other. So far we have been able to escape the hate so prevalent in cities.
For my kids/grandkids its just really normal behavior, as it’s all they have ever known.
