First lady Jill Biden spoke to teachers and students at a high school in Utah on Tuesday, but the visit came with some unfortunate optics that apparently no one who organized the event considered beforehand.
The wife of President Joe Biden paid a visit to a school in West Valley City, a suburb of Salt Lake City.
The school chosen was Hunter High School.

Recently had this discussion with some of my younger female employees. I had noted that the high school girls that came in to purchase shirts these past few years were rather...unattractive.
I was told that this is intentional. To be pretty is to stand out and draw attention to yourself...a big no no. People will then talk about you on social media and it will not be nice. Pretty = whore. Dating also makes you a whore. It is okay to go out in a group, but unless it is PERFECTLY CLEAR that you are in a solid, committed relationship with one boy, you will be called terrible things if you partake of public displays of affection with just any boy. Social media has imposed a new puritanism.

The psychological law of comparison and contrast. A Tony Robbins interview had a psychologist explain. An average, nice enough looking woman is rated so by subjects in a study. The same woman now standing next to an exceptionally beautiful model is now rated as homely or below average by the group.
