he is one of the good persons in the world. I know there are those who do not like him.. for no reason.. He is a giver.. he has used his plane to fly children to a hospital, not knowing them..just that they needed help. He raised his kids with hugs, phone calls, and when they went out ...to remember, no smoking, no drinking, no drugs. They respect him..

If you are talking the 21st Century, then I would say that between what has been done in the FISA Courts and the January Insurrection court cases there are still bigger miscarriages of justice.
I think ALL of the Trump cases taken together meet the bar of greatest miscarriage of justice.

I hate to be a party property, but under well established rules of evidence, Trump is not allowed to offer evidence in the defamation trial that contradicts the jury verdict in the sexual assault trial. Specifically, under the doctrines of res judicial and collateral estoppel, Trump cannot offer evidence in the second trial to prove that he did not sexually assault Carroll once the jury in the first trial determined that he did assault her. This is second year law school stuff.
