Yes, but it threw it away last year. My memory now is so vividly vague. And I still have the Patrick Mahomes jersey I was wearing that day. I’m going to start telling my closest friends about it so they can be trial witnesses. This is so arousing.

Personally, I’m shocked that any charge of rape multiple years after the event has ever been taken seriously in court. If you didn’t report it at the time, then that’s it. And that goes both for criminal & civil charges. Even saying you told some friend or other at the time wouldn’t cut it for me as a juror. People lie. As is all to obvious today.

I am sorry but I just cant help but think that the judge and jury, not to mention the attorneys got PAID for this case.
Think about it. An easy 2 million per jury member (they are leftist anyway) and there is plenty left for the judge.
This is why, IMO, the jury should not be the ones to decide the penalty. They see a “billionaire” and think, ‘oh he has all this money and the poor victim really needs it’. This is why there are so many frivolous civil suits; easy money.
