People tend to think of organizations as having one leader or a committee with decision making power. I think Hamas is an umbrella name and it represents a distributed network with no overall command authority. The religion allows anyone who feels he’s Hollier than thou to make any decision he feels promotes the religion. This is why the self-appointed religious police killed the Woman in Iran who they felt wasn’t wearing her hajib correctly. I’m sure the actual government would really have preferred that it hadn’t happened as it caused riots. But there was really nothing they could do about it. Same sort of thing here. The Hamas “leader” is really only the leader of people who follow him. There might be fifty “leaders” who may or may not follow him and their subordination is only due to how much the leader is paying them or supplying them with material.

Does anyone think that the Hostages must wait for a cease fire? By the grace of the same God, the Hostages will survive.....or not. The left in Israel is screaming for a ceasefire, and urging the hostage families to join in with their cause , fraught with emotion and riot. But they leave YWHW out of the equation.

Gaza will be Israel....they will not make the mistake of allowing a separate Palestinian state which will result in the genocide of Jews, NEVER. No one can blame them for that. There will be no ceasefire.

May YWHW continue to lead the tribes of Israel, as he has done in olden days. This is a great blessing on the world, and those who fear it are on the wrong side of Divine Providence.

This is how war is supposed to work.

Imagine if the Germans had surrendered after Stalingrad or Japan after Iwo Jima fell. How many lives would have been saved, how much destruction avoided.

Neither side in this war is ready to surrender. The US is urging the American model of “drop bombs, get your guys killed and maimed, then declare victory and get out” that we have practiced since 1953.

Except the Israelis live there, they have become experts at declaring victory over an undefeated enemy but they can’t get out.

So the war goes on, until somebody wins and somebody else loses.
