How did she pass through so many job reviews and promotion portals without somebody noticing her lack of charm? Looks like the Navy was passing her through for diversity.

Because I now see members in uniform, who are age 21 - 24, with 3 rows plus, of ribbons. Much more, than decades ago.
Perhaps, too much Theater, Tour, and Participation Medals?
Most of the men I knew (almost all have passed away), if you asked, would tell you that 3 or so medals, were important to them, and their medals had an interesting history. These fellows often did not include some medals.
They would instead, only use:
Silver Star
Bronze Star with 4 Oak Leaf Clusters
Navy Cross
DFC
DSM
And their Wings - a single insignia. For examples.
Yet, my concern is not something that I would try to enforce; just a suggestion.

The disgrace here is that it took the navy so long to deal with it.
Women are horrible leaders and should never be put into positions of power, especially over other women.
In 70 years, I’ve never seen it work well.
Dem women are particularly evil and emotionally unstable.

Real and honest question. Is this considered wrong in the military? It is considered “Tuesday” in private industry.

I had to work for one of those for 3 years in the Navy. She didn’t yell, but it was like working for your little sister. Not only absolutely no leadership ability, but she had no, and I mean zero, experience in what she was supposed to be supervising. 100% affirmative action promotion. There is a white male out there, way more qualified than her, who did not get promoted because she did.
The person she hit was another woman who then went snowflakeish
