We do not elect our officers or sergeants for a reason.
We do not fraternize with each other for a reason.
Can that ship fight? A ship and commander are proven through drills and exercises....and ultimately war.
No freaking “how do you feel about” it therapy.
This is a direct result of women in the military....specifically in policy and command positions.
Women, and most non-European cultures are process/pride and not results operated.
There are exceptions and anecdotes....but they are just
that.
Since men went down to the sea in ships....women on them were considered bad luck......does anybody ever consider why?
Women among men destroy good order and discipline. Their behavior, their scents, their biology, their attitudes.
The collapse of our military is an unneeded proof of that.

Just take a look at those in the stands during the Army-Navy game. There are many instances of young highly qualified white men getting denied entry into the military academies because they are white. Preference is given to black, hispanic, females and probably trannies. We are lost, hard to think we can ever come back.

I’ve always thought people like this are simply doing what they “think” a leader is, its their attempt at playing leadership, their portrayal of it. Perhaps the people over them in their childhood and schooling were actually jerks and not true leaders, or they picked up what they thought a “leader” was through films and tv shows, when they were really just jerk characters.
Its like a bluff. They don’t knkw how to be a leader but they’re doing what they think a leader does. And they just are a b1tch/a$$hole person with some power.
Over the years I’ve given this thought with regard to others and even myself.
I tend to agree with your thought processes and conclusions.
