Here you go, right down your alley. THIS is now NATO.

The NATO/Brezhnev Doctrine

The Brezhnev Doctrine was a Soviet foreign policy that proclaimed that any threat to “socialist rule” in any state of the Soviet Bloc in Central and Eastern Europe was a threat to all of them, and therefore, it justified the intervention of fellow socialist states.

* Russia is stronger than ever since the breakup of the USSR, globally and nationally. Putin enjoys high approval ratings and Russia is more unified than ever.

* Crimea is still Russia and Sevastopol is not a triumphant new addition to the U.S. global military empire.

* Europe was forced to replace cheap Russian energy with expensive Russian energy, laundered through various middlemen. Entire industrial sectors have been gutted.

* 440,000 dead Ukrainians.

Let EU handle it. Not our problem.

Good paying jobs for American defense workers, too.

A win-win.

Good, they can have Ukraine. Stop funding this proxy war and get us out of NATO.

Russia nor Ukraine will be allowed to end this war.

Our only hope to end it is a President Trump 2024/47.

Good. Now the U.S. can spend billion$$$$$$ on real defense, such as its own border.

If the EU were so awful Hungary could always to choose to leave it and submit to Russian hegemony.

Of course doing so might lead like another uprising like that in 1956.

You must understand Orban. He knew the havoc the EU gangsters were about to wreak on his people. He saved his country at personal loss. Now Quislings that you’re so fond of sell out their people to your White House heroes for personal graft and of course, your big guy’s 10%. I don’t expect you to understand. Comrade, that’s a great version of the Brezhnev Doctrine you’re pimping. But you know that.

Obviously the two missions are not mutually exclusive, and securing the southern border would cost a tiny fraction of our defense budget.

The question is whether we need to maintain treaty alliances throughout the world or retreat into isolation. If the answer is no, then we can shrink the defense budget by well over 50% by eliminating bases and retiring our carrier fleets.

Europe is not giving anything to Ukraine.

Europe is simply investing in its own security there. Preventing Russia from invading Ukraine-Europe is a basic instinct of survival against Moscow’s NeoSoviet never ending war activities and non-stop invasions.

The more Europe is investing in transferring means to Ukraine, the more Russia is being depleted. Russia is losing ships and planes every day now... Its spectacular, and The Plan is working!

It’s mostly communist parties in europe opposing funding Europe’s defense costs in Ukraine.

A long as Europe remains free from Kremlin’s islamo-commies, americans have nothing to worry about. Europe can continue buying American goods.
