So they do think she’s at death’s door.
In other words, she is 69, overweight, and could drop dead of a heart attack any day now. Mortality humbles us all eventually. When Ginsburg died, many were relieved. Barrett was an improvement, but still a disappointment. Hopefully, when Sotomayor leaves the court, we will have a better replacement. I wouldn’t shed a tear if she left sooner rather than later, but hopefully, Slow Joe doesn’t get to pick another fake justice.
Sotomayor is only 69! Why would they be afraid of her dying? Did she piss off Hillary Clinton?
