What did they do, used that aid to build tunnels, pay terrorists and acquire and stockpile weapons. If, instead, they had used that aid to build infrastructure and hotels etc, they could have had a thriving economy to benefit the Gasan people. But they did not because their goal is the total destruction of Israel. So no two state solution pushed by idiots like Sullivan will ever work. It is amazing the total non functioning brains in key positions in this Administration, starting with the President and VP.
