These risks do not overcome “the public interest
in fair and accurate judicial proceedings,” which “is at its
height in the criminal setting.” Vance, 140 S. Ct. at 2424.

Now, lol, from the jump, I will admit that my opinion doesn’t mean squat. That said, the above sentence, plucked out of their too long diatribe, clearly states WHERE and HOW wrong they are.

Simply put: YOU ARE DEAD WRONG! “YES, IT DOES OVERCOME!”

Regardless of who’s President, Democrat, Independent, Republican or RINO.....he/she CANNOT be constantly pilloried (second guessed, aggravated, hindered) by the threat of hundreds of biased low IQ lawyers (DA’s) across the country suing him personally. This specific fact trumps EVERYTHING else and that is why this DC ruling of no doubt Obama/Obiden/Clinton appointees, will get overturned.

It’s rather similar to cops. Now we see in Soro’s Run city’s the cops just not answering calls or responding to criminals right in front of them. Why take the risk? Presidents will claim the same thing! You can’t fit a square peg in a round hole. Again, this DC Appeals Circus will get overturned.
