giving a revisionist historical tirade on the founding myths of Russia and Ukraine, the breakup of the Soviet Union and NATO expansionism. Sounds about right. Consistent with his other statements / speeches.
All of which won high praise from the communist caucus here - including the false attacks on coming of Western Civilization. You see several of them above cheerleading like giddy little school girls rather than posting anything of substance...as usual. They love brutal, murderous dictators.
