I don’t see why Israel wouldn’t prepare a report. How many people would they have to put on it? The cost would be negligible. The opportunity abounds to create a report highly sympathetic to Israel’s cause. It would probably even be true.
This is just Democrats appealing to their terrorist base. I would bet that Ukraine will get an exemption.
We should all take note of the deadline date, and see what happens to the US on that day.

At the last minute Israel back out and made the US do it alone because they knew Iran would retaliate and didn’t want to take the hit themselves, rather they wanted the US to take the hit. Trust me Trump didn’t forget that and still mentions it.

They have to sell them. The weapons makers need Israel to spend US aid money on US weapons so they can pay congressmen to send aid to Israel to buy weapons to pay congressmen and so on, and so on...
Why don’t they require Hamas to submit one if they want humanitarian aid?
