Johnson needs to sponsor a bill, and get it passed, that is only about border security. The Senate bill is a massive amnesty program (that will give the Dems a permanent lock on power starting 5 years after it passes), disguised as border security, and obviously gives nearly $100 billion to foreign countries that we simply don’t have. If we had a clean border security bill, and he presented it to the Senate, it would be hard for people to vote against it. Even if they do, they will be on record as having done so. Either that, or if Schoemer kills that BILL before it even reaches the floor of the Senate, then he is on record as opposing border security.

They passed HR 2 years ago. It's been collecting dust in the senate. Media doesn't tell you that. The senate can vote on it today. Biden can sign it.
The House can pass their war bill tomorrow.

I believe he already has. It’s been sitting in the Senate since October IIRC.

It’s already done....by McCarthy, and passed by the House in May of 2023. It’s called HR2 and was sent to the Senate. Cruz introduced it in the Senate. Lotsa co-sponsors...including Mitch McConnell. Schumer will not put it up for a vote..
