A conservative group has told a Georgia judge that it doesn't have evidence to support its claims of illegal ballot stuffing during the the 2020 general election and a runoff two months later.
Texas-based True the Vote filed complaints with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in 2021, including one in which it said it had obtained “a detailed account of coordinated efforts to collect and deposit ballots in drop boxes across metro Atlanta” during the November 2020 election and a January 2021 runoff.
A Fulton County Superior Court judge in Atlanta signed an order last year requiring True the Vote to provide evidence it had collected, including the names of people who were sources of information, to state elections officials who were frustrated by the group's refusal to share evidence with investigators. In their written response, attorneys for True the Vote said the group had no names or other documentary evidence to share.
“Once again, True the Vote has proven itself untrustworthy and unable to provide a shred of evidence for a single one of their fairy-tale allegations," Raffensperger spokesman Mike Hassinger said Wednesday. "Like all the lies about Georgia’s 2020 election, their fabricated claims of ballot harvesting have been repeatedly debunked.”
True the Vote’s assertions were relied upon heavily for “2000 Mules,” a widely debunked film by conservative pundit and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza. A State Election Board investigation found that surveillance camera footage that the film claimed showed ballot stuffing actually showed people submitting ballots for themselves and family members who lived with them, which is allowed under Georgia law.
The election board subpoenaed True the Vote to provide evidence that would assist it in investigating the group's ballot trafficking allegations.

You could be right, all I know is those claiming election fraud have failed to prove it in a single case despite millions being donated, no election laws have been changed, no voting machines have been removed, nothing has been done.
Is it proof no fraud took place or something else, at this point it doesn’t matter because in a few months we have another election and since 2020 nothing has been done to stop from happening what happened in 2020 despite all the claims and money being spent.

Take TTV and the movie 2000 Mules that came out which appeared to show clear election fraud and ballot stuffing, they claimed to have on video the same people going from ballot box to ballot box putting in ballots in clear election fraud.
I’m willing to buy into that, the one thing the movie did not show and TTV has not shown since then is a single video of the same person going from ballot box to ballot box stuffing ballots.
If I was going to make the claims TTV made I would put out a video or series of videos clearly showing the same person stuffing ballots in different locations all based on cell phone data and the videos.
To date, I’ve never seen such a video, why not ???
Same thing does for Mike Lindell, his Cyber Summit was a fraud, his data was proven to be a fraud according to an independent arbitration panel, he has never made available the actual packet captures he claims to have, why not ??

I absolutely would and if you don’t do it how can possibly prove anything after making claims TTV has made otherwise you are just blowing smoke up the butt of the public
If you make election fraud claims and also claim to have the evidence you absolutely must show the evidence at some point to get anyone to believe you unless your motives are something else
Yeah.... I dunno. But it would be a very good CYA scheme for the actual left to masquerade as conservative and bring wild, unproven claims to suit just so they could fail and forestall any additional real claims that might have merit.
AFAIC, Raffensperger is a leftist-minded RINO rooted in Georgia politics and someday running for Governor. His consent decree with Democrats on signature verification is proof enough for me. And, the fact that Kemp had the bully pulpit to stop the decree and didn’t just adds to my disgust of Georgia urban/metro politics.
IMO a load of grifters and operators were flooded into the 2020 vote challenges to muck up the legitimate issue, and Englebrecht and Phillips appear to be just a couple of them—a $25M “freedom hospital” in Ukraine?

The left is saying True the Vote said they had no evidence. I don’t think that is exactly how they responded. It seems TTF refuses to provide the names of confidential informants. It hardly follows they don’t have evidence.
I’ll have to find the actual court documents to make sure but that is what I understood.

The election was rigged by bad information and media lies. But so far after 3 years there is no evidence of ballot stuffing or machines miscounting votes.
And if Trump makes 2024 about the 2020 election he will lose. Even to Biden or Harris.
I disagree. We don't have the luxury of losing this election and waiting 4 years. But we will if the 2020 election is a main issue in 2024.

But TTV, Kari Lake, Trump, Rudy and others achieved their goal. They convinced the gullible the election was stolen. And those gullible became so invested in that message that they don’t and won’t see the light.

And that is on top of the case being so ridiculous on it’s face that it marks the entire state of Georgia as just one more corruptocracy.
