So we’re safe…until the government decides that politically incorrect speech is “hate speech”, and is not covered by the 1A. Just you wait. That’s gonna happen.

We are certainly sliding in that direction with someone who is clearly a woman now sitting on the USSC - who refuses to define the term "woman".

Imagine how comfortable it will be for such an ideologue to decide what our "living Constitution" really means on any given day.
