Mena ‘doubts the constitutionality’ of his employer, the IRS, using AI to access everybody’s bank accounts nationwide. Mena recalls IRS agents stating “…the first person you shoot you’re gonna remember, but after that you’re gonna shoot like a hundred people, you’re not gonna remember any of them.”
He says IRS agents “are assholes...they are the definition of an asshole, all of them.”

It’s not a tool of persecution wielded by psychopaths. It’s just money tacked on to the price of what you choose to buy.
I am pretty upset at the IRS - they have not been cashing our estimated tax checks. The first one was in March and they sent it back with tons of penalties - which we had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get that reversed. The next two were not cashed either and we haven’t every heard why on those two. The 4th quarter we did electronically, but it ticks me off we have to do that.
It would be nice to get something clarified: does the Federal government have access to bank accounts without a warrant/lien? That seems to be implied.
Except for both houses of the US Congress, the IRS used to be the only federal agency to be “unaccountable to the people”. Now, it’s the whole of DC that stands unaccountable and they use the IRS like Hitler used the SS.
It’s just nerve-wracking!
I’ve never had a late bill or a lien and my credit was better than the deity’s all my life until 2 months ago.
I got the demand letter.

I actually passed out.
Evidently the $25,000 they deposited in my bank for fire relief funds is now a loan...3 years later.
No tax people will help because it’s not taxes. Lawyers won’t even call back.
I contacted Cliff Bentz, our Rep in Congress. Pfft...it’s taken them a month and they can never find the information I keep sending over and over. Even mailed it twice.
It sucks. I’m too old to be homeless AGAIN!

If you run a search on “Suspicious Activity Report,” you’ll see the criteria under which your bank must file with DHS.

If the IRS knows everything about us, why don’t they just send us a tax bill instead of making us sweat it out filling out tax forms? Do they hope we make a mistake so they can penalize us?

I paid off $20,000 student loans for every relative I had. I always took care of my own.. They are trying to break us.
Are those forgiven college loans to be reported as income? That would create a massive Catch-22.
