President Joe Biden’s unabashed reliance on pre-prepared notes to help him explain his own policies in response to questions he knows are coming is sparking concern about his age from party donors.
An Axios report sets out even in closed-door fundraisers, where prescreened donors can ask questions of the octogenarian, he can be seen consulting his notes to provide detailed answers, according to people familiar with the routine.
The staged Q&A sessions have left some donors wondering whether Biden can withstand the rigors of a 2024 presidential campaign let alone potential debates with former President Donald Trump, 77, according to the Axios story.

The fact that she had to make it a point to mention that "he was lucid the whole time" says a lot right there. When was it ever necessary to describe a one hour meeting with any other president in this manner?
Yep- those weren’t her words, but the basic premise was that-
apparently they are true lo-fo’s. he’s been using cheat sheets at pressers, with foreign visitors, just about every where every time - and has since Day One. they/Dems are always 2 to 3 years behind due to their deficient media sources
Never was a brainiac, and now add age and dementia, the dude is gone.

IT IS NOT HIS AGE. IT IS THE DEMENTIA. There are many in their eighties who are coherent, sharp and vital.
the record of much of Biden’s dementia is in his on mic appearances in which he couldn’t complete sentences, remember names, wander off in the wrong direction, and try to shake hands with people who were not there. Also his references to just recently talking to dead leaders from the past. Calling his wife his sister and so on.....Even demented people could be lucid for an hour. But what happens when the red phone rings and he thinks it’s Kruchev.
