I am not sure what 93% you are referring to, but yes, the way can works is if a Y chromosome biomale (not that there is any other) looks at a women and refers to her as a biofemale in Woke company, then he can be disparaged as a insensitive biomale since looks can be deceiving, while if he holds the door for her then he can be disparaged as sexist, and if he remarks that she should dress like a lady, the he warrants public stoning. Unless said person is is a counselor of a biomale, intent on detecting genderdysphoria and fostering transgenderism, thereby resulting in the first offense.
