In a gesture of support for Ukraine, Argentina has donated two Mi-171E multipurpose helicopters to the country, originally acquired from Russia, as reported by the Financial Times on February 29. The decision for the transfer was personally endorsed by Argentinian President Javier Milei.
President Milei, who has expressed a preference for fostering relationships with nations that prioritize freedom, such as the United States, Israel, and Ukraine, has made a significant move by donating these military helicopters, which were initially manufactured in Russia.
The specifics of the agreement between Argentina and Ukraine were not made public.

Who has damaged America’s middle class more; Putin or McConnell?
Well said Buwaya,
There are some Neo-soviets on this thread contributing with nothing.
They just love to show their disdain for Judeo-Christianity and western patriotism. They also show their adoration for permanent never-ending wars as they support the Kremlin deep-state warmongering apparatus invading and annexing territories all over. They never denounce Russia’s attacks on Ukraine, Georgia, Crimea... because they need the war to go on for ever.
They never denounce the fact that Russia has allied itself with North-Korea, The Islamic State of Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Belarus, China... - all Americas enemies, all communists and or ultra-islamic.
They are sick people, but that’s alright... because God will pardon them in the end (if they repent).
Russia to Argentina to Ukraine....

Putin will make sure at least one nuke is targeted at Argentina .
I never thought about that, but it’s a good point. They do have similar posting styles and the same warm, sparkling < /s> personalities.
Go sell Ukraine some place else. We have our own invasion.
the 10-12 hardcore Zeepers could actually be a half-dozen sleepers using multiple IDs. USA-France’s posting history shows a long lull, picking back up in earnest a little over a year ago. Both of these IDs can be found on Uki threads, more often than not. Two complete frauds, or should I say one :P
You're a like Babylon Bee parody.
Even after Ukraine surrenders, you will be claiming Ukraine won the war.
BTW, I am rooting AGAINST the globalist elite that did everything they could start this war and hellbent on keeping it going.
It's only when globalism and the liberal world order die that an American First foreign policy can take its place.
The people in that van bus were very lucky they didn’t end up like Vic Morrow.
Posts like that are nonsense.
Who annoys people more, you or McConnell?
IOW you are changing the subject because you are a fake.
Did you forget something tonight... again?
Being a foreigner and all, I’ll forgive you for not knowing how our system works. None of those “memoranda” or “agreements” were ever ratified by the US Senate. They aren’t worth a warm bucket of p***. On top of that, the Budapest thing is a bill Clinton promise, even more worthless than that bucket of p***.

Thoreau was writing about you.
I pity you.
“BTW, I am rooting AGAINST the globalist elite that did everything they could start this war and hellbent on keeping it going.”
Kazan, is Putin a dupe for starting a war that the globalist elites manipulated him into? Some genius you worship when you’ll so easily concede he’s just a tool of the WEF that’s destroying Russia exactly as they planned.
The President can enter the United States into an international agreement with other countries without asking the Senate to approve anything. But the agreement is considered an executive agreement and is not officially a treaty. But the terms in an executive agreement can still be binding between the two parties under international law.
There is also a precedent:
United States v. Pink (1942) states that an executive agreement can hold the same legal status as a treaty.
////////////
The U.S. Supreme Court, in United States v. Pink (1942), held that international executive agreements validly made have the same legal status as treaties and did not require Senate approval. In Reid v. Covert (1957), while reaffirming the president’s ability to enter into executive agreements, the court also held that such agreements cannot contradict existing federal law or the Constitution.
“the court also held that such agreements cannot contradict existing federal law or the Constitution.”
There it is. You f’ed up, you trusted Bill Clinton.
It suggests that one sprung from another and that there is SOME sharing of values.
JonPreston, as a gentleman I was respecting your request (see the link to your previous post below) where you told me not ping / post to you anymore.
However it clearly looks like you have now decided to breach that “deal”.
The animated meme/spam you have addressed directly to me and your attempt of a “denigration campaign” (behind my back) against me in this thread comes in direct violation of the very request you asked me to follow...
Maybe you did this to show your willingness to debate with me again?
Well that is wonderful news, I love debates!
Thus you are willing that I post newsworthy geopolitical information to you from now on?

“Don’t you recall two weeks ago when we were both suspended for going round and round, after you pinged me to your conversation? Jim was nice enough to cut us a break after a day or two? There are dozens of posters on this thread and it’s best we go our separate ways. Consider it a blessing, rather than an obstacle.”

I didn’t post to you and I didn’t engage you in conversation. I posted to an article you posted and by doing so, you were pinged to my comment. That’s a function of JRs software. Let me reiterate; I don’t wish to “debate” you or the other ID/screen name I suspect you of using (or have used in the past). No go away and don’t bother replying to this comment.
