You’re right you should not smoke these plants but both do have medicinal uses.
Extracts of mistletoe have been used in cancer treatment.
Both Scopolamine and Atropine are derived from Nightshade.
In nearly all toxic plants medicinal components can be found.
In almost all poisons the dose is the critical factor.
Water is toxic in large enough doses.
Saying there is no medicinal value for any plant is foolish.

What a total BS argument that since weed is “less dangerous” than alcohol it should be made legal. In fact, your whole argument is BS. Any serious look at weed shows it is not a benign product and there is little empirical evidence of it’s medicinal qualities. It’s got a loud stoner lobby and sympathetic press that has propagandized it into a mythical cure all, to the detriment of society.
And I don’t give a rat’s posterior that “TRUMP SUPPORTS MEDICAL POT”. He supported and fast tracked the Covid death jabs too, so I’m not considering him a reliable medical authority. He defended Disney and Bud Light, among other things, so I’m not going to take him as the paragon of societial wisdom either.

I never did claim that there are no plants with medicinal value...
There is a difference between using plants for bonafide purposes vs using them to alter your mind for a cheap thrill or high! One is medicinal the other is dangerous.
LOL! How much of that pot is being used by their students?
God gave us those plants, but not the wisdom as to how to use them. That’s up to us.
