Before they walked onstage, Clinton delicately made his view clear to the Republican, even though Hogan hadn’t asked: Any independent campaign of the kind No Labels was talking about could only benefit Donald Trump.

Hillary was utterly devastated and utterly embarrassed in 2016. She had a mental break down election night. Many people do no comprehend the level of devastation Hillary underwent.
Hillary will not let put herself through that again therefore I believe she will not run. However, there is only one scenario that she would run and that is if the DNC could assure, or promise her a victory over DJT. In other words, she’d only run if she knew for sure that she would win aka it’s rigged.
Hogan should run.
If Hogan has any sense, he’ll run for Senate in Maryland. If he wins, we’ll get someone who caucuses with us who will vote with us about 50% of the time. Which is about as good as we can do in Maryland.
Why? To benefit the Clintons and Obama?
In other words, she’d only run if she knew for sure that she would win aka it’s rigged.

They, the DNC, didn’t promise her in 16. Hillary WAS the dimocrat party in 16. She literally owned every facet of the dimocrat party. Her people were in place at the DNC, CNN, FBI(had an office in the FBI) DOJ(remember the tarmac meeting with bill and the Atty Gen), Superdeligates, pollsters, etc. She was a juggernaut.
All of them were blowing smoke up her ass and she believed her own lies and therefore they didn’t see the need to cheat like they did in 2020. In other words, Hillary played herself.

You have posted this before and I agree to the extent that Hillary still desperately desires to be the first woman (and probably last) President.
She went through the emotions you describe in 2016, but because the victory she was promised was denied. Even those on her “side” did not want her in the White House, so the cheat was not enough. Those who promised her victory had the cover of Trump’s enormous popularity to save their lives.
She has done the primary and general election. She craves the White House, but will not run again. If she is installed at the democrats’ convention and Trump is eliminated - this is the only way you will see her in the White House, again.
This is all complicated by events in Ukraine. I believe that Kiev is the location of the “off-shore” efforts to electronically rig America’s elections. I am not at all convinced that the Democrats can replace Biden and keep Kiev. Russia’s “deal” for what is happening in Ukraine is with the Biden Cabal. If it looks like the Dems are trying to weasel out, it will probably be shut down.

Hillary has nothing to lose and everything to gain from running this year. She will swoop in and grab the nomination at the last minute, hailed as the "Savior" of the Democrat party, avoiding the grueling primary season in the process.
The fawning media, as well as the Leftist sycophants in academia, Hollywood, and high tech will pull out all the stops to ensure that her crimes are ignored and her cheating is successful this time around.
