In the view of its critics, The Times has been far too distracted as of late by worries over President Joe Biden's age, allowing it to steal attention away from the larger and far more serious danger posed by a second Trump administration. Critics have also argued that The Times covers Biden and Trump with disproportionate standards, placing false equivalence on issues surrounding the current president to those of the former president, who is facing 91 criminal counts and fantasized about being a dictator on "day one."
IOW, DNC talking points are being given as a "backlash" against the lying liberal liars of the NY Slimes. No surprise, this screed comes from Clinton Non News (CNN).
They are the danger to democracy. They are the danger to the world.
They are afraid of the death of “democracy”...LOL
Even people who like the NYT don't believe. They just support the imposture.
The “91” count mantra is not really working out. It’s making Trump stronger.
All forms of extreme Leftism fall in line with cults. In this case, it’s a secular cult where party leaders are worshipped.
The only people I see dropping friends or ignoring family are those on the Far Left who shun everyone else as “Others” and demonize them in their own minds. It’s scary to witness in my own mom.
Everybody who reads the NYTimes with an unjaundiced eye already hates Trump and pledges disdain for him everyday. The paper has no ability to change any additional views anymore. They are welcome to bleat all they like.
The New York Times - incorrigible Trump fan.
“It’s a “given” that Trump must be stopped and the only question is how.”
really, i think the questions for the leftist fascist media are “how much” and “how viciously” ...
I have only recently discarded my "generally accepted view" of Watergate. Not that I thought about it that much since 1974, but what I thought was kind of mainstream.
Crossfire Hurricane, the Mueller Investigation, the January 6 committee have all made it clear to me what "must have happened". How could I, or anyone, have overlooked that the author of the Woodward/Bernstein stories WAS THE DEPUTY FBI DIRECTOR??? How could we have overlooked that a CIA officer wrote to the Judge in the burglars trial with a roadmap that led back to Nixon? How could we ignore the RINOs out for blood like Howard Baker? How trusting we were, then.
“In the early days of the Republic, newspapers were blatantly political and everyone knew it. There was no pretense of objectivity; our side is righteous and the other side is vile.”
indeed ... and every major political position had it’s own newspapers or broadsheets ... AND the primary writers all used pseudonyms!
it’s pretty much like this today in the U.K., sans pseudonyms ...
Solzhenitsyn himself was still a believer in communism, he just thought the soviet dictators “weren’t doing it right” ...
don’t forget that EVERY media story about trump ALWAYS mentions the “fact” that Trump has been proven to instigate and perpetuate insurrection against the U.S. government ...
WHERE did you get this? Its utter nonsense.
The Gray Crack Whore
There have been several excellent “revisionist history” books on Watergate.
Here are a couple:
https://www.amazon.com/Silent-Coup-Len-Colodny/dp/1634240537
https://www.amazon.com/Secret-Agenda-Watergate-Deep-Throat/dp/0394514289
There is a lot of DC dirt of all kinds in these—buried deep by the mainstream media.
I think you just did . . . plus reduction of the swamp.
“WHERE did you get this?”
in a letter Solzhenitsyn wrote in 1967 to the 4th congress of soviet writers and a letter Solzhenitsyn wrote in 1967 to the Writer’s Union, both of which are included in the forward to “Cancer Ward”, published by Bantam ...
he laments the brutality, inefficiency, secrecy, and corruption of the Soviet dictatorship, but affirms his beliefs in the basic principals of the communist system ...
