Poland's foreign minister says the presence of NATO forces “is not unthinkable” and that he appreciates the French president for not ruling out that idea.

Radek Sikorski made the observation during a discussion marking the 25th anniversary of Poland's NATO membership in the Polish parliament on Friday, and the Foreign Ministry tweeted the comments later in English.

Last month French President Emmanuel Macron said the possibility of Western troops being sent to Ukraine could not be ruled out, a comment that prompted an outcry from other leaders.

Which explains your pro-Kremlin posting record on this board.

You can take it anyway you like, but living with and training Ivan’s for three years does put me way ahead of senile Joe’s keyboard commandos.

It was very easy to determine how this conflict ends from day one. I will admit, senile Joe’s narrative ( and the West’s) has given me two years of laughter, but at the same time unbelief as to how many westerners bought into senile Joe’s narrative…..but then many bought into senile Joe’s “ safe and effective “ clot shots. Says a lot about today’s Americans.

“Russia’s only hope in a nuclear exchange would be a massive first strike.”

Even if you have forgotten, Putin/Russia certainly know we have a significant number of nuclear subs, well equiped with nuclear bombs roaming at sea. So, even with a first strike, Russia’s big cities are toast. Also, Russia and all of Europe no doubt remember the big nuclear scare caused by Chernobl’s meltdown.

I thought it was President Trump who was eager to get the Covid Vax out before the Nov. election and also bragged about his achievement of having the Vax developed in record time.

Exactly. The submarines are simply untouchables.
So any nuclear attack by the Kremlinists against the West would annihilate every Russian City, and the response to that, would finish of the planet.

The only thing Russia is giving to the world is nuclear threats, warmongering, war, disinformation, deportations of people/children, weekly assassinations and Gulag vacations for any Russian uttering a single word of discontent.

Ah, I forgot... they have oil! That is something useful that the world could buy again from Russia, once the Mafia running the Kremlin has been pushed out by fed up Russian citizens.

Yes he was. He obviously had no idea about the deadly side effects, but most importantly, he didn’t force Americans to take the poison and even mentioned Ivermectin and the other common drug as being effective- which we now know is true.

Yes, it is unthinkable because it means nuclear war. Russia has ~150M people, it knows it cannot deal with the entire NATO population which is far beyond that. That’s why it has repeatedly warned about falling back to the use of nukes if this happens. Just like it warned what it would need to do if NATO kept pushing aggressively with the coup and plans to incorporate Ukraine into NATO in the first place. Will these idiots please shut up?

It's an idle threat from Putin because Russia can't win a conventional war with the West. French troops in Ukraine or Moldova means they are under France's nuclear umbrella. Putin is a bully who only picks on weaker nations. He fears a fair fight with a strong opponent.
