A Republican secretary of state sent a letter this week to the Department of Justice (DOJ) alerting it to an executive order signed in 2021 that he says will allow felons and illegal aliens to register to vote in elections.
In the letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, Republican Mississippi Secretary of State Michael Watson wrote that a Biden-signed executive order has led to agencies under Mr. Garland’s charge “attempting to register people to vote, including potentially ineligible felons and to co-opt state and local officials into accomplishing this goal.”

Mr. Watson took issue with one provision that directed the DOJ to ensure that the U.S. Marshals Service change jail and “intergovernmental agreements” to mandate that the facilities “provide educational materials related to voter registration and voting,” and “facilitate voting by mail, to the extent practicable and appropriate.”
The problem, according to Mr. Watson, is that those materials may be given to people who can’t vote such as felons and illegal aliens. State officials are also essentially being forced to comply with the rules, he said. “Our understanding is that everyone in the Marshals’ custody is given a form advising them of their right to register and vote,” his letter said, according to Fox News. “Providing ineligible non-citizens with information on how to register to vote undoubtedly encourages them to illegally register to vote, exposing them to legal jeopardy beyond their immigration status.”
The letter said that the secretary of state’s office believes that providing a form to illegal immigrants who are jailed to advise them of their right to vote “undoubtedly encourages them to illegally” do so and exposes them to “legal jeopardy.”

Here is an abbreviated timeline.
Georgia election servers were assessed around the 2016 election, and officially hacked a few months later. Back then, Kennesaw State University ran the election servers for the State of Georgia. The FBI, DHS, SOS Kemp, and Georgia AG’s office went to great lengths to prevent any meaningful investigation. Below is a recap and timeline. Note the activity immediately after the Curling v Kemp lawsuit was filed.
Aug. 2016: 2 whistleblowers tell GA (KSU) their election servers can easily be hacked.
Nov. 2016: Several attempts made by DHS to access these servers around election day.
Dec. 2016: SOS Kemp sends letter to DHS, oddly asks about just one intrusion on Nov. 15th.
Kemp oddly doesn’t ask about their many intrusions around Nov. 7th election day.
March 2nd, 2017: Hackers delete many GA election files, including all logs of DHS intrusions.
March 2017: GA (KSU) notifies FBI election severs were hacked. FBI makes a forensic copy.
June 2017: Handel (R) beats Osoff (D) in a runoff. Dems say election probably rigged.
July 3rd, 2017: Dems file Curling v Kemp lawsuit in Fulton Cty. Want new election machines.
July 5th, 2017: DHS responds to SOS, says trainee just trying to access gun licenses on GA server.
July 6th, 2017: KSU officials order IT staff to wipe clean the election servers (nuked).
Sept. 2017: Curling plaintiffs ask AG for copy of server. AG says data not available.
Oct. 2017: AP News story proves Georgia AG lied to “Curling” plaintiffs. Entire AG office leaves case.
AG told everyone the servers were wiped before the case was filed, and knew this was untrue.
Oct, 2017: FOIA docs show FBI planned from onset to never investigate GA (KSU) hack.
Dec. 2017: In DC hearing, FBI Chris Wray refuses to answer if GA hack was investigated.
2017-2019: Curling plaintiffs ask FBI for their copy of the GA server. FBI refuses for 2+ years.
July 2019: Kemp, who is now Gov, signs $107mil deal to buy Dominion equipment.
Dec. 2019: Dominion delivers election equipment to GA.
Dec. 2019: FBI finally releases copy of election servers to “Curling” plaintiffs.
Jan. 2024: Professor Halderman from Michigan demonstrates in court the ease in hacking the Dominion voting machines.
Once again, it appears the FBI was involved in the criminal activity. The Bureau was not there to protect the people. They lied about their lack of an investigation and targeted the whistleblowers.

I don’t get the hysteria on this. While it WAS the DemoKKKrats plan-—the old “demography is destiny” crap—virtually ALL recent polling shows at worst this group is evenly split and at best they trend toward Trump/GOP.
FL a good study because we have the data, and a substantial portion of immigrants (legal or otherwise) voted R.
This isn’t going to help the DemoKKKrats even if they pull it off.
I don’t think voting rights are within the purview of an executive order.
Illegal foreign invaders voting in our elections should be good enough reason for states to start to secede and CW II to kick in. They came here to get away from their own governments, NOT TO VOTE IN OUR ELECTIONS. The “government” is out of control and Americans no longer control their own elections.

Consider that political party and media fuss about "obsolete" electoral college is because it is the only thing stopping the corrupt political parties from establishing a permanent puppet presidency that will unquestioningly sign unconstitutional taxing and spending bills into law.
That being mentioned, kudos to the Republican secretary of state who is behind the warning about puppet Biden trying to allow illegal immigrants to vote in the upcoming election.
An important question concerning Biden's scandalous actions is this. Why hasn't Congress already impeached and removed Biden from office for probably several impeachable offenses?

Regarding this example of corrupt Congress letting Biden get away with allowing illegals to vote, the congressional record shows that post-Civil War federal lawmakers had expressed their concern that states that allow non-citizens to vote effectively wrongly nullify the Constitution's "Uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause," Artice I, Section 8, Clause 4.
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 4: To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization [emphasis added], and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;"

In fact, corrupt political parties who rig the ballot box try to increase their federal representation by allowing non-citizens to vote actually need to lose representation under Section 2 of the 14th Amendment imo, that section a penalty for states that weaken the constitutionally enumerated voting power of citizens by allowing illegals to vote.
Note the zero tolerance "hair triggers" of Section 2 shown below.

That being said, patriots need to IMMEDIATELY primary ALL worthless, state and federal Trump-hating celebrity incumbent lawmakers and executives up for reelection this year, except for MTG, Gaetz & Company (and others?). Incumbents need to be replaced with Trump-supporting patriot lawmakers in November so that hopeful Trump 47 will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term in office, but will be supported by the new Congress to finish draining the swamp.

There’s no way illegals gonna pull the lever for the guy threatening to deport illegals. A poll that tells anyone differently should be regarded with deep suspicion.
Not so sure. First, they probably don’t believe it will happen to them. This is standard lib thinking when it comes to the economy-—”I won’t be laid off,” “MY retirement account won’t suffer.” Second, many of their other values conflict.
