I don’t know everything about our Constitution or American law, but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t allow illegals to vote here. It’s about time that some of these violated laws were being prosecuted. I think the DOJ is supposed to play a part in this. If they don’t then they are not upholding the Constitution & thus not upholding their oath of office, I believe. Prove me wrong. Yes, I’m sure that some will say..”Well,it’s not all that simple” It CAN Be ALL THAT SIMPLE if the law is followed.

The states can decide who votes. The congress can veto. There is no authority for the executive to do anything about who votes.

Here it is from Cal where they don’t require ID to vote.

The right to vote if you are a registered voter. You are eligible to vote if you are:

a U.S. citizen living in California
at least 18 years old
registered where you currently live
not currently serving a state or federal prison term for the conviction of a felony
not currently found mentally incompetent to vote by a court

Two thoughts come immediately to mind:

1. Duh... incarcerated individuals aren't getting on a bus to line up with the rest of us at a polling place; and...
2. Voting by mail means thousands of additional chances for fraud votes. In fact, I could imagine the 'turnout' reaching 90+%.

Republicans need to sue every such Dem proclamation and illegal effort instead of just blabbing about it via media. Take them to court and bring out the truth.

I’d like to see every proclamation by either parties settled in a court of law instead just BS or frivolous statements. Once it or such news is proven that they are lies it might end. My interest is much more about truth than politics.
