The only mitigating factor is he is relatively close to her in age. If he were 17 I might think it’s just a relationship, but at 20 he knows she’s too young a kid at 15.

At 15 she can't drive, can't get laid, can't vote but she CAN change her gender {without her parent's knowledge or consent}.

Only for avoiding a charge of statutory rape. Anyone over 18 having sex with a minor, including a 17 year old, can be charged in PA with corruption of a minor.

Oh I agree 100% he should be tried and convicted. He knew what he was doing and deserves everything he’s going to get, but do you seriously suggest that teenagers aren’t morally responsible for their actions? If a 15 yo gang banger murders someone where does the responsibility lie? I’ve heard of teenagers being charged with distributing child porn for sending naked pictures of themselves to others. Whether or not they were convicted I have no idea since the media rarely reports on and never follows up on anything that doesn’t fit the narrative.
