Ahhhhh…….

Another Democrat President teaching us a lesson.

They knew where he worked. They could have talked to him at any time.

“Let’s kill him to show them we can.”

This seems like strange behavior for a guy with a stable job and family. How much of a profit could you be making if you paid full price for the guns, and sold them immediately? For most types of merchandise, you’d be taking a loss. The only way he could have been making money is by not being too picky about the sorts of people he sold them to, who would pay high prices because they couldn’t get a gun legally.

If he just wanted to make extra money, there are many side hustles that are perfectly legal and much safer.

Let’s assume that Malinowski did every last thing the affidavit claims he did. There was nothing in the article to suggest that he was violent.

So why the early morning SWAT raid? Why not just arrest him as he left for work?

Oh, sorry. I forgot that police everywhere are militarized today. Never mind.

How did the ATF know he resold the guns. Did he advertise the sales or did an undercover ATF agent buy some from him. Or was set up... Clintonsided

Not familiar with the case, but Bryan Malinowski must have been an enemy combatant, terrorist etc...Otherwise, why not knock on his door? My point is if they’re that concerned with evidence in the home, why not wait until he leaves, detain him in a parking lot, coming out of work etc, instead of allowing a suspect the benefit of hiding behind walls in his own home where he can destroy evidence in seconds, have access to bombs or whatever etc. And while the suspect in being detained away from the home, then search his property.

Redactions?
That is what we NEED to see.
Then we will know why they don’t want us to think very deeply about this.

Nothing comes to mind that’s good and decent when I think of three-lettered government organizations.

After we get gobsmacked by all the world’s enemies we’ve made, I hope that the people that climb out of the rubble and put things back together think about those things.

This whole story, both sides, makes no sense. Him reselling guns makes no sense, ATF killing him when they could have picked him up anytime outside or on the job; makes no sense to go to his home and kill him. Lots of missing info here.

How did the ATF know he bought and sold the firearms without records of the purchases he made?

I expected there to be illegal mods, class 3 type stuff. They got him more or less for doing too many private sales without being an FFL. The crappy thing about this is there’s no hard limit. When it ‘feels’ right they go in if you do ‘too many’.

Not too many decades ago, even in venues like CA, people bought and sold guns at swap meets, to neighbors, friends etc, and there was little or no documentation. It was just no big deal. Doing that today I would imagine the offender would be thrown in a cage. I remember as a kid my Dads uncle came down from Alaska to LA to visit. He hadn't seen his uncle in 20 years. He handed my Dad a brand new S&W .44 magnum saying it's yours, the price was a steal! lol. After dad died the S&W was nowhere to be found, unfortunately. Mom could have gave it to one of his buddies...I dunno.

Thinking out loud, there must be tons of guns out there with unknown histories owned by unsuspecting people, where it's been handed down, passed around over the decades, lost, found, stolen, whatever.

“Are we at last brought to such humiliating and debasing degradation that we cannot be trusted with arms for our defense? Where is the difference between having our arms in possession and under our direction, and having them under the management of Congress? If our defense be the real object of having those arms, in whose hands can they be trusted with more propriety, or equal safety to us, as in our own hands?”
-Patrick Henry

Did this guy know of the CIA running cocaine through Medina Airport to help finance the fight against the Sandanistas?
Did he threaten to spill the story of Bill Clinton knowing about it?
And this being why the feds protect the Clinton crime family???
