Delivery companies have high turnover plus delivery persons can sell/tell entry codes.Not secure at all.

That’s interesting. In my town - which is definitely not upscale, the apartment building foyers have call boxes. Delivery people have to call the resident and be buzzed in. Cameras are at all entry points and on all floors. Entries in buildings like this require a fob.

I think this type of setup is pretty much SOP in most apartment buildings - like the one described in the article - nowadays.
