On Friday’s broadcast of HBO’s “Real Time,” host Bill Maher stated that while food prices have gone up significantly under President Joe Biden, 2024 Republican presidential candidate former President Trump is doing better among younger voters because he lies and “when you don’t know anything, you can’t compare it to what’s said.” And “we were just kind of lucky for 20 years, and there wasn’t much inflation. So, maybe you’ve never lived in a time when there was inflation. So, you think, oh, Trump, no inflation, Biden, inflation, me vote Trump.”

frighteningly high and apparently still going up even more
people are lining up for free food lines all over town (and there are getting to be more and more free food lines... at churches, at public schools, and a few at private buildings too now). some let you select your own items from a very nice assortment all laid out on tables... most give you a couple of sacks or boxes of assorted free grocery items pre-packaged to facilitate quick distribution direct to your car in drive-through lines...fastest way possible they have it all packed up for you and then they just toss it at ya as you drive by
soon maybe they’ll deliver it directly to your front door using drones?
but the thing is, the Biden fiscal and monetary policies are so damaging that more and more people need free groceries

What makes this wannabe intellect an expert on anything? The man has an ego the size of a semi, but no real knowledge to substantiate anything. If you look at the price of everything now, that is all you need to know about inflation. Besides, most young folks under the age of 20 don’t vote all that much. It’s the moms and pops who pay, and know damn well what inflation is. Starts with buying energy instead of selling it, which is what we did just a few years ago when we were energy independent.

Two anecdotes for you Bill - 3 years ago. I would get a burrito and coffee at my favorite Wawa for under $7. this week it was $10 and change. The other day I went to the Mexican restaurant and got a small order of queso cheese and chips used to be six bucks. Now it’s 11.
Nobody pays attention to Maher or knows what he says except people who already agree with him and watch his show and people who read about what he says here and disagree with him. He has about zero influence on the country.
