At the nexus of most of America’s current crises, the diversity/equity/inclusion dogma can be found. The southern border has been destroyed because the Democratic Party wanted the poor of the southern hemisphere to be counted in the census, to vote if possible in poorly audited mail-in elections, and to build upon constituencies that demand government help. Opposition to such cynicism and the de facto destruction of enforcement of U.S. immigration law is written off as “racism,” “nativism,” and “xenophobia.”
The military is short more than 40,000 soldiers. The Pentagon may fault youth gangs, drug use, or a tight labor market. But the real shortfall is mostly due inordinately to reluctant white males who have been smeared by some of the military elite as suspected “white supremacists,” despite dying at twice their demographics in Iraq and Afghanistan. And they are now passing on joining up despite their families’ often multigenerational combat service.
The nexus between critical race theory and critical legal theory has been, inter alia, defunding the police, Soros-funded district attorneys exempting criminals from punishment, the legitimization of mass looting, squatters’ rights, and general lawlessness across big-city America.
The recent epidemic of anti-Semitism was in part birthed by woke/DEI faculty and students on elite campuses, who declared Hamas a victim of “white settler” victimizing Israel and thus contextualized their Jewish hatred by claiming that as “victims,” they cannot be bigots.
There is a historic, malevolent role of states adjudicating political purity, substituting racial, sex, class, and tribal criteria for meritocracy. They define success or failure not based on actual outcomes but on the degree of orthodox zealotry. Once governments enter that realm of the surreal, the result is always an utter disaster.

It seems to me that the purpose of DEI must be to destroy our society. Then those who never built anything can try to “Build Back Better”. Those words would have been more appropriate if the spelling of each started with a “K”.

94% of hires over the past year or so in corporate America are “DEI” hires-—black, Hispanic, Asian, etc. Whites were -9.4% in hires from previous years.
This is why the push to destroy small businesses.
Can anyone tell me why nobody fights back against the left and their crap? I read a story yesterday about some politician in New York got offended by a flag on a firetruck that paid tribute to the fallen firemen and cops of 911 and she or he demanded it be taken down, and THEY DID!! Why did nobody tell this person to go to hell? THIS is the whole problem, NOBODY fights back!!!

DEI (Didn’t Earn It as Scott Adams has penned), is an attempt to destroy the US, and it will if allowed to proceed.
The vast majority of hires over the last year at my place of work were overwhelmingly non white or female.
These people are not properly educated or qualified.
White devils like myself are supposed to carry their weight.
I just do the bare minimum and play perpetual CYA now.
DEI is a series of tactics that followers of Saul Alinsky have been using since the late 60s. It has gone under several different names but all are for the same purpose of destroying western culture.
I saw a video yesterday of all these people who work in the movie/TV industry complaining that there’s no work, editors, costume designers, assistant directors, complaining that they are being evicted, losing their house....I guess getting a different job is beneath them. They think it’s bad now? Wait till Ai starts creating movies

Acquiescence has become easier and safer than resisting a system and culture that seems to punish all the good things.
Our institutions across the board have become corrupt and don’t champion the same principles they once did. Just saying.

I think you’re right, people are afraid of losing their jobs because they see what happens to those who speak out, the corruption is so intense now that even those who are right are blasted.
One example is the firemen who rightly booed corrupt pig Attorney general Letitia James while she was giving a speech. The next day the corrupt NYC fire commisioner Laura Kavanagh from San Francisco who has about as much qualifications to be a NYC fire commissioner as AOC, said she was going to “hunt down” the firemen who booed Letitia James and I assume terminate them.
ALL firemen should join together, and threaten to strike if anything happens to those guys, fight like hell, give this bitch hell on earth because what’s going to happen? It will happen AGAIN
