Bill Maher says he’s committed to ensuring that former President Trump doesn’t return to the Oval Office.
“I’ll do everything I can to make sure that doesn’t happen, but none of us have much influence,” the HBO “Real Time” host said of Trump winning his rematch against President Biden, in an interview with Variety that published Wednesday.
“What I have decided to do is not preemptively give up my nervous system to Donald Trump like I did last time, or maybe the last two times,” Maher, 68, said.
“If he wins, he wins,” he added.
“The country is polarized. It’s like a prison yard — you’re either one team or the other,” said Maher, who was promoting his new Club Random Studios podcast network.

And if HE IS ELECTED...will you leave the country..like a gentleman, the country you have worked so hard to make sure it isn’t a fair election?
Keep Trump from being president, even if for example he is elected? By whatever means necessary and never mind the collateral damage, such as start a world war?
The bloodbath is no metaphor, even if Trump didn't mean it that way.

Compared to most of his peers, Maher’s attitude is borderline-sane. The rest of them are basically casting a Trump 2024 victory as armageddon— the de facto end of civilization as we know it.
my prediction (wild guess): He’s going to endorse Trump shortly before the election. This will cause an epidemic of whiplash among libs.
Bill is powerless to do anything. He is a part of the media, the same media that tracks right along with politicians and lawyers as far as trust goes...despite his attempts at distancing himself from truly delusional lefties - he still is a broken human trapped in a meaningless job.
Its funny anyone really ever thought Maher ever stopped being one.
Maher only ever says/does whats in the best interest of Maher. Thats it.

He’s right. Because it’s him and the left that polarize it. They are the side of “my way or the highway”.

As a paid employee of a corporation, Bill Maher, and the executives of HBO/Time Warner, need to be charged for every such illegal political contribution-in-kind because that’s exactly what this is.
