Years ago while hiking along the NY/NJ I came upon an EPA Superfund site that was allegedly being remediated; there were a few guys openly sleeping in the work trucks (mid-day), and nobody else was there. I startled them because they were at the end of a closed road, but I had come through the woods behind them.
The NYC metro area doesn’t just have a huge cost-of-living problem; the real problem is that you get nothing in return for so many makework jobs doled out to maintain the charade of a successful middle class. The private sector here has been crushed, and Latin Americans are trafficked here to replace the mass exodus of that American middle class to greener pastures.

And how does Geraldo know there were no citizens who wanted the job?
No, they are imported specifically because the unassimilated permanent underclass in our cities won’t do those jobs. Fast food places in the sketchiest urban areas are staffed by Replacement Americans determined to keep their loved ones just beyond the reach of the mutants they are serving...
That kind of work was good enough for me when I was working my way through school.
Not sure what proponents of open borders are trying to do with their argument “doing the jobs Americans won’t do.”
Are they wanting to convince Americans we should have open borders so workers killed are illegals and not American citizens?
That is not a winning argument from any perspective.
Are they in fact migrants? If so, referring to them as migrants is accurate. Why were migrants working on the bridge instead of natural Americans? I am not certain of the particulars, but when I look at the working age natural Americans these days, I see many, many couch potatoes who are covered in tattoos, with arrest records, doing drugs and in such a condition that the US military won’t accept them, and their standards are not that high. Whose fault is this sad state of affairs’? You can blame the media, you can blame the schools, you can blame the Democrats, and you might be right to a degree, but the ultimate fault is with the working-age natural Americans, who don’t want to work, who can’t take instructions, who are so addled from doing drugs, who have turned away from God and goodness, who are the ones most at fault for their own condition.

Considering the exceptionally low number of American’s who actually pay attention to the press/media, this retarded message doesn’t seem likely to affect anyone that isn’t already voting for the vegetable in November.

In Rat cities it is not uncommon for non citizens to get preferential treatment in hiring for government jobs.
So we push the point to those planning on breaking our laws and coming here that they may be put to work in dangerous situations that Americans won’t do. We’ll put them in jobs where their lives will be in danger.
