A 54-year-old Minnesota man was convicted Thursday in the slaying of a high school student and stabbing of four other people who were tubing on a western Wisconsin river.
A Wisconsin circuit court jury found Nicolae Miu guilty of first-degree reckless homicide, four counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and one count of battery, Minnesota Public Radio reported. No sentencing date has been set.

Dude was said to have gotten right in the middle of them with a smirk on his face. The entire story of him looking for a cell phone in a River is ludicrous.

Guy was Horny, wanted to check out the teens in bikinis , got called out became angry and with an attitude and that point was Looking for a fight.
However the drunken, woke teens were in a pack mentality and were overly aggressive.
Honestly I see fault with both sides. Yet being slapped and pushed in the water does not equate to disemboweling 2 teen boys and cutting up a girl and a few others.

A 50+ y.o. guy bothers a bunch of teens, they ask him to leave them alone, but he refuses. One girl in particular again tells him to leave and then he punches her in the face. As a response, everyone piles on him. He falls into the water, comes back up with a knife hidden in his fist, and stabs 5 teens using prison-style shanking (disemboweling one and injuring 4 others). One teen dies. So, the conclusion is “eff the jury” for convicting him of reckless homicide and it was the fault of the teens for getting stabbed/killed? I don’t see the logic here.

Just watched this story on Matt Walsh. The witnesses blatantly lied, and owned up to it. This was a set up jury.
