President Biden is hoping to avoid an all-out eruption in the Middle East after Iran sent hundreds of missiles and drones, nearly all of them intercepted, toward Israel in retaliation for an attack on an Iranian facility in Damascus that took out a top general.
Biden now has to convince Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other allies not to escalate tensions in the region that have become beyond frayed since the start of the war in Gaza in October. Biden reportedly told Israel’s leader that the U.S. would not participate in any offensive operations against Iran going forward.

By all means, give Iran plenty of time to prepare another attack on Israel. NOT !
Israel needs to turn out the lights in Iran by bombing critical electrical infrastructure. Blow it all up and burn what’s left down.
The mullahs love that “old time religion” so let them enjoy those “thrilling days of yesteryear” before electricity, indoor plumbing and toilet paper...
...and Muhammed never “drove a Chevy to the levy” so destroy every oil refinery in Iran if you want to purify Islam to make sure Iranians re-live those “days of old” in Persia so sacred to the mullahs.
The U.S.'s "retaliatory strikes" against Islamic terrorists are often for Israel's benefit. Sometimes for the Saudi's benefit. The U.S. will strike, so our "allies" don't have to.
