At least 21 people were shot, three of them fatally, during the weekend in Mayor Brandon Johnson’s (D) Chicago.
Breitbart News reported that 16 people were shot in Chicago, two of them fatally, Friday into Saturday evening alone. One shooting fatality occurred Friday shortly before 7:30 p.m. and the second at 4:30 a.m. Saturday.
Another fatal shooting occurred Saturday morning about 3:16 a.m. “in the 6200-block of South Campbell Avenue,” ABC 7 / Chicago Sun-Times noted. A man in his 30s or 40s was shot twice in the back and killed.

With the NBA playoffs going on, you’d think all these shootings would taper off. These are supposed to be Pizza and bouncing balls weekends in the Gas Bag City.

...isn’t the Democrat party’s annual convention being held in Sh*tcago this coming August...?? wait for it...it will be mayhem in the streets.... those of us who remember the 1968 Dem convention there will think that was just a romp in the park....

I hear the Democrats might be rethinking their plans for their plans on holding the DNC convention in Chicago this summer.
I was actually looking forward to tuning into the DNC convention, it might be the closest thing we have to the Purge in real life than we will ever get.

Chicago has more shootings than Philadelphia, but in Philly they have better aim.

Johnson wants people to realize that, the murders and crime are just a normal way of life in the city. Besides, he believes that people forget quickly and will just move on with their lives. Chicago is ‘unfixable’ and he’s got more important things to worry about than the murders and crime.
He’s got ‘migrants’ to take care of.
Think about it, Chicago has all the ingredients, Gang Violence, Illegals by the thousands and potentially all the Hamas Anti-Israel crowd all in one location which has the potential to make 1968 look like a picnic, it will take every cop in Illinois to keep that under control.
They are not “people” they are democrats.

The Democratic National Convention is going to be held in Chicago from August 19-22. It may be the most entertaining DNC since they held it there in 1968.

The 6200 Block of South Campbell used to be in a really nice neighborhood - 63rd and Western was a major shopping District for the area. - Not no more.
