I know! Let's pass a law requiring cars to have safety locks so children can't drive them! Wait, they do . . . let's pass a law requiring the keys to be locked up . . . and then we can require the key to the storage place for the keys to be . . .

This whole accident wouldn't have happened if those awful parents hadn't interfered . . . why couldn't they have just gone to bed and let the girl alone? Everybody does it, and the parents just frightened the poor kid . . .
