Remember Back When......

Remember back when Rush Limbaugh used to make fun of those who talked about a coming world system of government?
Remember when Rush had a Kook test for the callers who believed that one day, we would see the development of a world government?
Is Rush mocking anyone now? Is he calling anyone a "kook" who suggests that world government is a threat to our liberty?
Rush is rarely wrong about anything, but this is one of the most important issues of our time and he, unfortunately, is dead wrong in his opinion that you are a "kook" if you believe we are entering an era where a central government will dictate to the nations.
Rush, help America by pointing out the real and very significant dangers of any form of international government, espeically a world court.
Did Rush have too many friends that were too deeply involved in all of this?

Count me in as a "mindless lemming" then. Im a Rush fan, though some can't read well enough to comprehend that fact. Rush has done more good for America than anyone except Ronald Reagan. Rush is the ONLY true blue Conservative that I can see/hear regularly. Please point out any others who are even close to his level of conviction. He's taken on GW time after time, and thats when the real mindless lemmings lost it.
Rush is fantastic, but on the issue of world government, he was very out to lunch. I hope hes changed his mind.

while I mostly enjoy Rush, and he IS THE pioneer in talk-radio...I think he has been superceded...I'd much rather listen to Hugh Hewitt for 4 hours, with his command of facts, ability to debate and handle callers, his reach with both left and right guests...and of course, his realization that culture and civility also play an important part in any commentary...Rush may have been the first, and still the largest, but he's no longer the best....

Sam- If you are new to the board you'll quickly notice that
True-Blue's are like Dems around here ...You either see and march to the party beat or you're attacked. I personally agree with your observation. Rush won't bite the hand that feeds him.. ie "the Globalists owned media". Yup, I'm a tinfoil hatter as they say here on FR. Another fairly good
Conservative is a Boston dude, Howie Carr. Like Rush, he loves to harp on the easy conventional issues but mention the CFR, or NWO ...they'll cut the call or mock you.
Another radio guy out of NY, whose name is escaping me, another conservative, is the only one willing to dare ....unfortunately, he states, "its too late to stop, and anyone that believes otherwise is delusional" .........go figure ?

Why do you say that? Does a person have to be here a certain amount of time before he/she can state an opinion? Or, in your opinion, must a person be here a certain amount of time before he can say something that may be a bit controversial? Isn't that the way the nuts at the DU operate? Don't they try to intimidate new users to force them to "fall in line"?
What I said about Rush is that I am a real fan of his, and that he is rarely wrong, but on the issue of world government, he has always been very wrong, and thats a shame since it is a major issue of our era.
