Any legal eagles out there want to tackle this? Seems if the person responsible (the lease signer) paid the rental in full, the 5 who did not pay (the sub-lettors)could only have a complaint for trespass signed by the lease-holder, rather than the landlord. I have made the assumption that the five removed were not on the lease, as the eviction process was not followed in this case.

If only one was on the lease, the landlord I assume could kick the others out who were found to be living there. Eviction as far as I understand it only applies to the lessee.
